- NBnic bocciOct 3, 20212.02-stars only bc they were still open. customer was trying to pay for services needed and this clerk actually had the nerve to tell the customer abt her feelings, when she didn't say a word or even look at the clerk, who was the one having issue getting his terminal to work properly. he was rude and his ridiculously unnecessary comments reflect lousy customer service. go to another p.o. any other one is better than this one, if this clerk is at the counter.

Promise me that the mail carrier would come back to resolve the issue they never did. I called back and the same guy said he was still working on it of course he never came. My package is still stuck in their mailbox.
