  Staples is always a reliable source when it comes to print and marketing products. I always receive my order before projected time. The team members are always pleasant and helpful. Thank you for consistency! I’ve ordered business cards and info cards for my businesses.

  Today it's a different experience Last time, the Asian girl treats me just as a regular person. Today, the white girl didn't even greet me. She only says what's necessary to finish the job. I thought she was having a bad day. She greeted the next person. Hope I'm wrong.

  I am flabbergasted. I got a printing quote at Staples online and it put me at $0.84/page with $9.00 of shipping; not bad. I was running errands today and ended up 5 minutes away from a Staples, so I figured I'd save myself the $9 in shipping and just go in store. BOY WAS I WRONG! For clarification before I continue, NO, there wasn't any online discounts taken from my total, this is just the base price (if there were, they were not displayed in my checkout). By going to the store today, I spent way more than I what I would have if I had just gone online. The per page charge was $1.14 (which is a 30 cent upcharge per page), AND there was an "Express Guarantee" charge of $9.56 (which I sort of understand for same day printing, but that still seems like a lot). I had to go home immediately afterward, so I called the Staples 888 Customer Service Line and was told "some customers don't know that there's discounts applied" even after I explained that there weren't any visible to me, which adds up to "sucks to suck". Without including the extra fees like "express" or shipping, I spent $8.27 more in printing costs alone by going to the store versus ordering online. Which makes absolutely no sense to me; it's like they want their brick and mortar stores' printing services to die out; why else make printing in store WAY more expensive? Either way, I'm NOT going to be using Staples Printing Services anymore; I'll go somewhere where I know exactly what I'm getting whether online or in-store. Because expecting somewhere between $23-$32 (the without shipping - with shipping cost online) for printing services and hearing $42.81 is INSANE.

  This is a great store. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I also use the copy and print center several times throughout the year and they do a great job.
