Today we visited the USPS post office; there had been an issue with my address, as we recently moved to Denville. My husband and I went there seeking assistance with a problem we were experiencing—and they certainly did help us! The young woman who assisted us was a very kind and patient person, providing excellent customer service. Thank you so much; the service was truly outstanding. If I could give a thousand stars for such great service, I would.

No offense, but I use this post office every 2 weeks or so, and about 50% of the time my packages have issues. Either they get delayed, shipped to the wrong address, or when I go in to buy supplies/ship I end up paying more because the postal workers cannot accurately give me information on shipping and weight. They also do not have all of the box sizes on hand for different shipping priority. I HAVE to use this PO because it's the closest to my job and other offices in the area are too far away for me to reach and ship on my break, or close by the time I'm out of work. The manager also tries to displace blame back onto the customer even when it's the fault of the USPS. Wouldn't recommend anyone use this office unless they absolutely have to...like unfortunately have to.
