I called 10 times and got no answer but the lady accidentally answered the phone and had me on hold while talking to her co-worker about vacation. So I recorded the conversation while sitting there. Couldn't answer the phone for hours but can talk to coworkers about vacation and wonder why it's so screwed up there.

How is this post office rated 2 stars? Its horrible thats why, imagine being a federal employee and still sucking at your only job.
Have people awnser the phone, be less rude, actually help people instead of being more of a hassle.

The woman at the counter refused to give me a receipt for my prepaid postage. After waiting in line for 15 minutes and told me if I wanted a receipt I had to do the self-serve
