    I've been here numerous times dropping off Amazon packages for return. The staff is wonderful even though this is a very busy store. After asking someone about a mailbox I was asked to wait for someone to help me. After 2 or 3 minutes Manager Lorrainne came over to help me. She was not only knowledgeable and thorough helping me sign up for a mailbox, she was just sweet as can be explaining every part of the process answering all my questions and concerns. I did end up getting a medium mailbox that 24-hour access. What a good experience with me leaving not only happy I made the decision but comfortable it was at this store. It's a little bit hard to find but look for the cleaners sign right across from the handicap parking which makes it easy for me

    Amazing customer service. Shantrail was extremely helpful, very competent and very good at her job. She went above and beyond helping my wife and I, while at the same time multitasking and serving multiple other customers needs by guiding them to other team members in a timely manner.

    The staff here went above and beyond to assist me shipping an item. Ryan W. and Lorraine both helped me with a problem due to an oversized box another UPS store sold me. They helped repack the box and cut down the size of the box to reduce the costs in shipping the item. While I was there I also noticed a lot of customers were friendly and familiar with the staff who welcomed them with a smile . It was a good store I can recommend to anyone.

    They are VERY busy and VERY nice. On Saturday afternoon, there is a short line waiting to be serviced. The clerk is very knowledgeable, cordial, kind and lastly very efficient. I returned a few items to Amazon, I am in and out in under 10 minutes!
