- DMDanielle MJun 17, 20241.01. The hours of operation on Google are incorrect; they're not open on Saturdays. 2. They lost our package. When I checked the tracking during the days leading up to the expected delivery date, I was surprised to see that it said "delivered." It was most definitely NOT delivered. Maybe it was delivered to someone, but definitely not to me. There was a timestamp on it too, so I was able to look back on our security camera footage and the mailman didn't even visit us that day. I went through the whole process of creating a service request and *I* had to keep calling *them* for updates... even though I was told I'd hear back within 1 business day. I lost track of how many times I called them for updates, and all I ever heard was, "someone's working on your case and will get back to you ASAP." Someone from this post office FINALLY called me. They asked for more information, then told me they'd follow up internally and call me back in 2 days. Nothing. I called on the 3rd day and had to leave my information for them to call me back. Never heard back from them.

- PGPaul G (Gio)Jan 17, 20192.0this post office has on numerous occasions (including yesterday) 'delivered/at mailbox' -- yet the package has went missing. i have lockboxes in my development -- there is no WAY a package can get lost unless a) the post-person doesn't actually put it in the mailbox b) they put it in THE WRONG mailbox or c) they physically lose my item. since we can no longer call the post office locations DIRECTLY -- i have spent the last hour and a half on hold trying to get in touch with SOMEONE to find out where the heck this post office put my mail/package (now for a 3rd time). and people wonder why we are shying away from USPS?
