- JCJessica C3 days ago1.0I came to this location at 4:20 PM to send out about 30 packages for my company, with more than an hour left before closing. The woman at the front desk, Jeannette, told me she couldn’t help because she was the only one working and her coworker was about to leave. Her coworker then processed to say I’m not leaving for another hour. There was no attempt to offer an alternative or solution, and the interaction felt dismissive almost as if I’d come to the wrong place to ship packages. Will not ever be returning to this location. This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had at a post office. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location.

- FEFrancisco EscobarFeb 4, 20261.0They've miss delivered my mail or lost my on several occasions. And when you reach out to get it resolved they say once mail is scanned and put down as delivered its not there problem anymore. They just don't care. Poor service
- HCHank ChangJan 10, 20263.0Lots of post office boxes, they also do some of the passport services. Parking can be busy, and they open a little earlier than some locations. Sometimes busy and need more help at the registers, but at least they have a full set of basic forms and sticker labels in the lobby.
