The middle-aged female employee working the counter was rather cold and unfriendly, avoided eye contact, and showed no urgency despite me being the only customer in line. I had a single, small return, yet the process was unnecessarily slow. After initiating the return by scanning the QR code, she did not continue assisting and instead focused on her computer and delegated the task to a younger male coworker. The whole interaction felt rude and unprofessional, as if I were a bother. I won’t be returning to this Staples.
