- BHBert Haberland3 days ago1.0Came in with a prototype of a new product to get a max shipping cost with cheapest mode within the US. Woman in her 20s asks for the zip. I explain to her that I need the max shipping cost to price the product before selling online. She asks for zip again...back & forth... She suggests that I check fedex.com after I have a zip. I explain that online shopping doesn't work that way, I need a shipping price on the listing, not after a customer pays. She states she doesn't buy online (!) Not credible, unprofessional, blatantly lying. An employee like this should be fired as they are causing long term damage to the business. I, as a small business where time and efficiency are critical, will not frequent that fedex location anymore and rather use another carrier or drive to another location. The manager came out unrequested to salvage, used a CA zip as the worst case for ground, I got my number. He made suggestions how to reduce the cost. His efforts gave the one star. The first touch point employee should be terminated for cause.

I had to pick up my luggage and when asked politely to check if my 2nd order which is supposed to arrive tomorrow is also ready to pickup(after my current order issuance is done) . She replied "I dont have 3 hands" in a very rude tone. I mean come-on I never said to check my second order simultaneously . She want to pick fight for nothing . I thought it was only with me but she's very rude with other customers too . I strongly suggest not to do any business here .
