We took time off from work and with 3 kids. They send you to another place and over there they told us that he always does this to people. He knew we need a money order for the passport and didn’t even told us. We had to go back and get the money order. Please do not go here.

The staff member I dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of offering help or guidance, they were impatient and dismissive. A passport change is already a stressful process — the last thing anyone needs is attitude and disrespect from someone who is supposed to assist. I left feeling upset and completely let down by the service. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in an official government setting. I hope management seriously addresses how their staff are treating the public. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect.

I will agree with others that the passport program needs some work as I've witnessed a few issues that shouldn't of happened. One example is all the passport agents were out and appointment holders were not notified, only told to rescheduled once they arrived. This must be extremely frustrating as people take time off from work.
