- NSNirav ShahFeb 26, 20261.0Beware of passport appointments. Stafff lies that no one is here for passport when there two employees working during walk in hours on Saturday. Made an appointment and was told that the existing staff is not trained to accept passport application. Then why not call to inform the applicant. It seems that they do not want to do any extra work and telling everyone to go to another locations. Ridiculous….no wonder post office is going out business!

Clerk proceeded to tell me I had “too many” and needed to fill out the form. She said she would refuse me service if I came back again without the form. THIS FORM IS NOT REQUIRED FOR RETAIL RECEIPTS! Someone needs retraining and an attitude check.

- CDCarole DeverDec 17, 20251.0Just horrible customer service! Was there 12/15 to mail a package at 3:30. There were five people in line. Hours are until 6:00 pm. After waiting on three people (3:45) the lady at the counter said I’m here by myself and have other things to do and left to go to the back. She said I warned you. I get being alone and having a job to do, but you couldn’t wait on the people who were already there waiting for fifteen minutes? Just disgraceful when people are trying to get packages out for the holidays. I guess just use Amazon each and everytime!
