- CDCarole DeverDec 17, 20251.0Just horrible customer service! Was there 12/15 to mail a package at 3:30. There were five people in line. Hours are until 6:00 pm. After waiting on three people (3:45) the lady at the counter said I’m here by myself and have other things to do and left to go to the back. She said I warned you. I get being alone and having a job to do, but you couldn’t wait on the people who were already there waiting for fifteen minutes? Just disgraceful when people are trying to get packages out for the holidays. I guess just use Amazon each and everytime!

We took time off from work and with 3 kids. They send you to another place and over there they told us that he always does this to people. He knew we need a money order for the passport and didn’t even told us. We had to go back and get the money order. Please do not go here.
