  Staples at the Moorestown Location (Nixon Drive)Store #013 is where I get all my printing done. The employees are excellent, caring people. I always get the same person, Jarret; he is the best. It's never a problem; he helps me with the formatting, and all the prints come out perfectly. Mike, the manager, is excellent, and the employees are friendly. But I must complain about the Delran location (store 141); I had a horrible experience at Staples in Delran. I was in a rush, and Delran was the closest Staple. I went to print a double-sided program. I emailed the information. The person who helped me said doing a double-sided copy from the pay copy machine was impossible because he could not combine the two files I emailed. I told him to use the professional machines the Staples employees use. He told me no, and he could not do the double-sided copies. I had with me a physical double-sided copy. He used it at the pay machine, and the copy was horrible. He charged me $1.40 and asked how many I wanted. I said to return my money and go to the Moorestown location. To get a refund, I had to wait in line, and when it was my turn, the cashier did not know how to do a refund. The staples at Delran, NJ, need to take lessons from the Staples at Moorestown. I was unfaithful to my Staples of Moorestown and was horrified at the Staples of Delran. I will never again go to the Delran store; I will stay with the Moorestown location. The next day, I went to Staples at Moorestown, and Jarret combined the files and printed the programs without any problems.

  They charge you $1 for each trim to cut off excess edge for your print. She asked me $4 for each page that I needed to cut edge off. Just wow…

  First time order my business cards and they messed up so I decided never come back again and stick with Vista print and they are very rude instead of apologizing they giving me attitude and they are not even realizing they made a mistake. 👎
