    Here quite a few times a month for print services for my property advertisements and today was the first time, I had to deal with the older woman working print and UPS.(Jan 4th). Condescending, rude to customers, and just all around miserable. I get it. We all have bad days. But something tells me she's like this often.

    An Associate at the Mt Laurel store told me that this store is a little smaller than others in the chain but you'd never know it. I've always found what I needed. The folks there are polite and helpful.

    I had a very disappointing experience with the print services at Staples. The turnaround time was extremely long. It took over 11 hours to print just 6 black and white sheets. When I arrived to pick up my already paid for order, I still had to wait because only one employee was working the print service while also assisting UPS customers. Meanwhile, there were other employees nearby who were not helping and were instead sitting on their phones. On top of that, the quality of the prints was terrible. Each sheet had ink that appeared to be running out, making the prints look faded and unprofessional. Overall, the lack of efficiency, poor staffing support, and low print quality made this experience frustrating. I expected much better service.
