My daughter carefully picked out and mailed a special package for her little cousins—a sweet, thoughtful gesture from a kid who just wanted to make someone’s day. But thanks to your black hole of a facility, that parcel has vanished. Gone. Like socks in a dryer, but sadder. And she’s crying. A lot. I especially love how tracking updates just stop, as if the package reached the Bermuda Triangle behind your sorting desk. It’s like USPS decided: “You know what would be fun? Losing a child’s heartfelt gift and pretending it never existed.” So kudos. You’ve managed to turn a sweet family moment into a lesson in disappointment, bureaucracy, and the miracle of modern incompetence. I’ll be sure to recommend your services to my enemies.
