  I’m giving it a 1 star because the young man who I checked in with was very rude & was not helpful when I bought in a large box….. The lady who was there took over when I said that young man is very rude and she would get a five star, but I suggest the manager knows that this Employee needs to learn how to talk to people & provide customer service . I had asked him a question about packing and he was very rude & did not help me . He also dismissed me and took the person after me first after I asked him a question.

  UPDATE: Drove 3 hours to get my passport and the man with an accent was just as rude. Tried telling me my passport wasn’t a valid form of ID to obtain my package that I had shipped to this store. To the point where I cried. I showed my tracking number, passport ID with the same name on the package, utility bills. It’s almost like they enjoyed not giving me my package at first and were going to ship it back because I didn’t have a license with my home address. Terrible experience. I will never be back here. ORIGINAL: Rude woman working. Terrible customer service. Go to any other UPS location and you will have a better experience.

  Apparently closing at 4 PM to these people means 3:50. I walked up to the door with 3 big boxes to try to get our presents for the holidays and the door was locked. Employee inside just put her arms up in an X and didn’t give me a second look. Headed to the store on Broadway in Westwood, where the people are a lot nicer and they understand what business hours mean.
