Unfortunately she’s the only person at the window… And there was no one at the window for quite a while, and no sign saying “returning soon” or something. I saw someone standing in line, otherwise I would think this location is closed.

For the last couple days my neighbor and I have had our mail slightly torn open only on envelopes containing checks and credit cards. Not real credit cards thankfully just the ones that "pre-approve" you. Is it a coincidence that ONLY mail containing (or mail that looks like it contains money) is being torn open?
