He was placing mail into mail slots, saw I had just come in, greeted me & immediately stopped what he was doing . I had placed two items in one box & the items could not be mailed that way. He helped remove one of the items and repackage it, which allowed me not to go home to do this. I was pleased with his customer service, professionalism and smile!
