One visit was just a quick drop off, totally seamless and I got a receipt right away. Another time they boxed something up and shipped it out for me, no hassle at all. Good service, good attitude, and just an all around good vibe. This place makes shipping painless.

Came in to print a lengthy document off a USB drive on the CPU at the store ($300 job), and the customer ahead of me logged out of Windows. So I asked the store team if they could log back in, and although there were 3-4 employees there, including the manager, they said, "If someone logs off, there's no way of logging back in." (Guess no one can use the CPU ever again?) They offered to have me email the document to them, but I declined, as I'm not going to email a sensitive document to a store email address. Not very helpful. Probably OK for shipping, but avoid for large printing jobs.
