- NANaznin AhmedFeb 10, 20261.0Website lists walk-in hours for passports at 10 AM on Tuesdays, walked in and the clerk refused and said that they are appointment only when I advised him about the website said that they have walk-in hours at this time he said well we’re not doing it. No apology for any inconvenience, completely inappropriate and rude. There was a line and I’m sure that’s why he refused to do it, I’ve physically witnessed other clerks multitask, and have customers fill out passport paperwork while she also manages the line and customers, he was clearly incapable of multitasking and doing his job

I’ve been going to this post office for the past 8 years, never had any issues to do a passport or to get a proper answer to my question. I highly appreciate your hard work!
