No apology for any inconvenience, completely inappropriate and rude. There was a line and I’m sure that’s why he refused to do it, I’ve physically witnessed other clerks multitask, and have customers fill out passport paperwork while she also manages the line and customers, he was clearly incapable of multitasking and doing his job
