one star for the stupidity and the nastiness of this stores owner. This ups location was my go to place for shipping. I frequented this location at least once monthly over the last 2 years , sometimes more. I recently went there for help printing paystubs from an email….afterwards they were sent off using their fax machine. (I paid close to 30 bucks for this service) After explaining what I needed to do, I was instructed to forward them the email …. they printed it out and faxed it for me. Afterwards, I was unhappy with the quality of the copies …showing the owner some words were cut off. I was told this was the best they could provide me. I Specifically requested they print them on one page (instead of two) so the words weren’t cut off at the bottom. The store was busy and the owner refused to redo or help me. My application was denied, due to the words being cut off from the bottom of the page. I was instructed to resend the original documents again. After purchasing ink for my home printer … I easily printed the documents without any problem. I went back to this UPS and requested they fax again. I explained to the owner what happened … requesting they don’t charge me again for the fax. I was charged anyway $10 for the faxes. I let the owner know. I was very unhappy to be charged again. She was beyond rude to me. She was more concerned with being right. I informed her I will never use their store again. She said she did not care! There’s no way to make this right ,so don’t bother replying. You lost a good customer over $10 I’m warning other customers about using this store for help with services like this very greedy & unreasonable people own this location. Not the way to do business! Not in this country. They need a big lesson in customer service and customer satisfaction…. One by one you will go out of business when you treat your customers like this. There’s too many other places to give my hard owned money away. Good luck with that !

The whole place is a mess and no one knows what they're doing. Especially That tall white kid should be nowhere near customer service. Extremely Rude and unprofessional. I guess they just hire any one.

I wish I could give no stars...maybe the one star can be for the customers that go there because they aren't the problem. I went to the UPS in East Brunswick to drop off a return from Macy's. There was no box required, per the Macy's instruction, but I returned it in the bag it was originally shipped in. I did not seal the bag though, that I will take full fault for. They took the items and scanned a QR code and that was that. Well the package was then redelivered back to my house because at that location, whoever took the items, just slapped the label on the Macy's bag and mailed it. They never covered the old label and definitely did not seal the bag closed. I took my receipt and the bag to the Monroe Township location. The tall young man working there said that they couldn't issue a new label or use the one I had originally been given, since it was shipped back to me. He was completely unhelpful from the start. He told me I had to reach out to Macy's and get a new label, even though it wasn't Macy's fault someone at UPS didn't do what they were supposed to do. Fine....I stayed in the lobby and called Macy's who issued me a new return label. They did not give me a QR code, but emailed me the actual label. I showed him the label and he told me that I could email it to him and then he would print it, for a $3.50 service fee....WHAT?!?!? I get there is a service fee for people that do not have a printer but really...in this instance, that makes no sense. I had the QR code originally. Someone at UPS didn't do their job, causing me to go back to UPS, then call and get a new label with Macy's and you couldn't just print out the label so I wouldn't have to come back? Seriously? This is what we call customer service now? I'm so disappointed in this store, the gentleman working there and the East Brunswick Route 18 location as well. This is not how you treat people. You guys screwed up and instead of just printing one label, one piece of paper, you basically told me "store policy" and to go away.
