I'm waiting on my porch to get a package so it doesn't get stolen and the mail man drive right by me... I'm thinking he is coming around the block becuase sometime they do that, and next thing I look on the tracking it said worker tried to deliver..... it's never a simple process with this place..... it's even worse if you go in the actual building....

They will not help you, and the front lady has an I'm better than you way of speaking to you. It's like they know no matter what there are no consequences for their attitude, so they do what they want. Just go elsewhere if you can.

I waited several days for a package to be delivered then received a message stating the mail could not be delivered because my business was closed?? I'm a residential customer! So, I called the post office and spoke to a lady who said she would look into the matter and call me back when the package was located. Four days later I received a call, an apology, and that she located my package. I chose too go to the post office and pick it up. She kept her word... it's called "integrity"... saying you're going to do something, and doing it! My hats off to the folks who work at the post office... Thank you! I hope this helps for putting up with all the negative you have to deal with. Ray Golley
