- RGRay GolleyFeb 12, 20265.0It's unfortunate that the only things people post are negative! My experience is 100% positive! I waited several days for a package to be delivered then received a message stating the mail could not be delivered because my business was closed?? I'm a residential customer! So, I called the post office and spoke to a lady who said she would look into the matter and call me back when the package was located. Four days later I received a call, an apology, and that she located my package. I chose too go to the post office and pick it up. She kept her word... it's called "integrity"... saying you're going to do something, and doing it! My hats off to the folks who work at the post office... Thank you! I hope this helps for putting up with all the negative you have to deal with. Ray Golley
- GMGenesis MJan 31, 20261.0MILLVILLE USPS SUCKS!! If I could give 0 stars I would. My driveway is completely cleared of snow. Driver decided to be lazy and not deliver my package however had enough energy to put mail in the mailbox. I got a package the other day with no issues but this girl just clearly wanted to do the bare minimum, I watched them make no effort in trying. Then some lady from the Millville office decided to call me saying it wasn’t clear, I told her she can come to my house and see the driveway is cleared as shown on photo. She made an excuse saying there’s several people have fallen and she’s a girl etc and completely missed the fact that I made delivery instructions on what porch to use and my driveway is safe. There’s no other words but pure laziness…

Mailed PO Box renewal fee 12/29/25 in their envelope. 9 days later they locked us out of our box and want us to cut a new check. How does that happen? Mailed in a Millville mail box, their evelope, 9 days latter? We hardly get any mail anymore . I live in Mays Landing and we recieve plenty of mail everyday and Mays Landing postal service is A+. There are plenty of us complaining about the mail service in Millville. Over the last 2 years it as continued to get worse and worse? Who can we complain to?
