The woman that attended to us was extremely disrespectful and combative. We felt very unwelcome and unsafe as she threatened us in attempt to scare us into leaving without the mail we came to pick up. Thankfully a kinder, more respectful employee gave us our mail. This was a highly disappointing and disheartening experience.

Highly difficult staff. Was told to use a marker to write an address then told the marker made the label too big. Had to purchase a label get back in line to resend the package and then the male staff member was rude, wouldn’t look at me, clicked the satisfied button for me. I told him I was unsatisfied and wanted to go back to change his selection. Then he told me to do so I’d have to get back in line.
Rude, highly unprofessional, and very underhanded. Will not be using this office again. Not worth the aggravation

The Millburn post office is consistently rude and disrespectful to customers. Staff act annoyed by basic questions and treat people like an inconvenience instead of providing help. Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The young African American lady at the counter is just the meanest, most rude individual I’ve encountered in a very long time. Awful individual.

If I could give a zero, I will! I came in 10 mins before they close and a African American lady won’t let me to buy the stamps which may take her only 1min to be done! Horrible! Plus this is for Christmas cards which timing is really important. Please hire someone who is eager to work here instead of someone why wants to leave before the closing time.

The young clerk even helped me with a problem I encountered at the South Orange post office.
