- ZHZachary HoughtonNov 3, 20255.0Walking into the Milford Post office is made so pleasant by the outstanding clerks. Shoutout to Andrew and Debbie, always so friendly. As soon as I walk in they remember me by name and run to the back to fetch our packages. As of Nov 2025, we are currently receiving mail in Frenchtown due to temporary maintenance in Milford. When I Went to check my mail down in Frenchtown, Andrew was there and immediately ran over to get my mail. I really appreciate the care and friendliness I am greeted with every time I go in.

For the third time in as many months, a parcel scheduled to be delivered in Milford NJ was tracked *IN MILFORD* at the post office less than a mile from my home, yet by the next day was hours away at some other NJ distribution center rather than being delivered on time. Either the sorting at Milford is automated and the machinery that does so needs a thorough going over, or else it is sorted by human beings, in which case it smacks of carelessness at best. Whatever the problem is, it’s unacceptable for the price of Priority Mail for parcels to be going in circles, making multiple trips through Newark or some other distribution center, before they arrive days late at the destination.
