- MWMatt WatkinsNov 5, 20251.0Wow. Never go here, or if you see Vanessa is the only person working, go to a different location. I went for help understanding a customs form that appeared on a returned package. Vanessa was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She insisted I'd have to pay a second $45 for postage before I asked her Supervisor to step in. Thank God I did because her supervisor was able to determine that the postage was never scanned and that I would not have to repurchase the label. This is after Vanessa insisted she was right because she's been there for 37 years. No wonder USPS is failing so miserably.
- DSDebbie SpiottiJan 9, 20251.0The worst post office I have ever dealt with. The post man who is suppose to deliver and pick up the mail never comes upstairs to pick up outgoing mail. Only on Friday's does the postman come in he is a different person, very nice . The office never helps with the problem so I will be calling the State US Postal to find out what our business has to do to get our mail delivered and picked up. The people who work at the post office are very unprofessional and rude.

He/She carries regular mail to the box but cannot take what is in there for pick-up. Do not understand why it is necessary to fill out a pick-up request for each piece of mail I place in the box for collection!
- HJHowell JordanApr 10, 20192.0Worst experience ever. Be careful of the nasty postal front desk worker. Thank goodness her colleague, he came in and saved the day. Her lack of professionalism and basic customer service gives that prestigious organization a not so good name.
