I called to inquire about passport information for my daughter under 2 and it was too much for a woman who worked there to help. She answered the phone in an unprofessional manner and then proceeded to be irritated and hang up the phone. Hanging up the phone on a customer with inquiries to me is completely unprofessional. Thankfully, when I called back there was a gentlemen who was very helpful in answering my simple questions. I think there are worst scenarios in jobs than helping a person asking questions related to their baby’s passport. I intend to go to this location since it is nearby and has passport services. I just hope the location realizes who they have working there.
