    The 2 persons at the counter were vehemently arguing, screaming to each other when I stepped in. There were no other customers. After few minutes, I had to stop them and they still won’t stop . I again said please stop or else I will report you how you guys are behaving in front your customer. And the other guy started to pick up my package. He was still yelling while taking to me and I don’t understand what he was saying. So I asked, why are you yelling at me? I said pls calm down. He has an accent and I don’t understand what he was saying because he was yelling. So I was staring to get mad so I said, ok never mind. I don’t want to deal with you guys. You were yelling at each other when I stepped in. Now you are yelling to me. The other guy also started to yell at me saying that his co-worker was not yelling. Lol! He said I am instructed to buy tape so he can seal my package. But I said I don’t understand what you were saying because you were yelling. I thought he was asking “tip” from me. I didn’t understand he wanted me to buy “tape”. They were both very rude. No manners!

    Just walked in there and employee had an attitude. Customer service here is non existent. Stay away, someone has to hold these employees accountable for rude behavior.

    What is the point of putting a closing time if you’re going to lock the doors beforehand? Rude and unprofessional staff, I would love to know who the manager of this location is.

    I think they’ve done a great job of hearing the feedback on Google and making an effort to improve their friendliness and timeliness at this particular office.
