- NCNigel Crannford4 days ago1.0They are open until 7 PM. The woman closed and locked the door in my face at 6:40 PM after explaining to me that she is closing it early because her manager doesn’t pay her…… In the time it took her to do this she could have just helped me send my package out.

- MMMariaDec 15, 20251.0Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had in my life at this post office. To start off, this was my first time ever shipping something from usps, so I was new to it. One lady specifically the one that is Indian treated me so poorly. She was treating previous customers very nicely, but as soon as it came to my turn she immediately switched her behavior with me. I’m not sure if she was profiling me because of my race or age, but she was only acting this way with me. I had to wait in line two times so I definitely noticed how nice she was treating the other customers versus how she treated me. She was very rude and aggressive right from the start with me. As soon as I got to the counter her behavior completely shifted, before I even spoke to her. I didn’t even say a single word when she grabbed my package aggressively and then when she looked at it and gave it back because it wasn’t ready to ship, she shoved it back in my face so quickly and kicked me out of the line and called the next customer before I even had the chance to ask her how to fix my package. This was my first time ever shipping something, that’s why I wanted to ask her questions but she literally kicked me out so fast and called the next customer. I still didnt even say a single word to her and she kicked me out. After fixing my package, I came back again and got in line. The second interaction with her was even worse. She grabbed my package aggressively again and immediately yelled at me saying it’s not ready to ship again even though it was packaged correctly in a bag that’s meant for shipping solely. Then, I was having trouble pulling up the shipping stamp and she was losing her temper so fast with me. I made a mistake and didn’t realize I was supposed to put both my packages into the same box. She got so mad and stormed off and started singing to herself to calm down and even her fellow employee was telling her to calm down. She was also wrapping my package so aggressively and messily. This was my first time coming to this usps location and definitely was my last time. If you are looking to come here please don’t because you might end up getting the same bad experience I did. I was looking through the other reviews for this location and I saw other people had similar experiences as well so clearly it’s not just me and is strictly just profiling from their employees which in this day and age is just outright upsetting and disguisting.
