My brother sent an expensive present for my kids for Christmas to Yokosuka US Navy Base and they said they would send it via USPS. He got the shipping/tracking label, but on the USPS site it still says “USPS awaiting item.” My brother sent it on 11/28/25 (today is 12/20/25 - over 3 weeks ago). My brother went to ask the UPS store and they said it’s not there and contact USPS. USPS was contact button help. I contacted UPS corporate via twitter and instagram and none were of any help. I understand it’s the holidays but we paid a lot of money to get this shipped and also, it’s an expensive gift for my kids. I believe because USPS didn’t get it, the responsibility falls on UPS. I wouldn’t trust my package with this UPS. Go a little further to a more reputable shipping company.
