We were having a few issues with sending our loved ones cremated remains based on false information provided by the other post office in pennsauken and we decided to come to merchantville for clarity. Here I was provided the correct equipment, right guidance and it made this experience a lot smoother. 10/10 I would recommend to come to this location.

She went out of her way to make sure I got the best deal for my package, taking the time to explain all my options so I could save money while still shipping everything safely. On top of that, she was incredibly kind, patient, and genuine — you could tell she truly cared about helping people. It’s rare to meet someone who combines professionalism with such a warm, friendly attitude. She definitely turned what could’ve been a stressful errand into a really pleasant experience!
