- RJRegional Home Inspection Services of New Jersey5 days ago1.0Every time I use the machine out in the foyer, the package rarely makes it to the Farmington, NJ destination. The mail is time sensitive so I send it Priority Mail Express which should only take 3 days. I can drive it there in 1 hour! I guess after so many attempts to keep the USPS working, I am going to have to move to UPS. Sorry but you have cost me more than the mailing cost. I have to give my customers another test and remail it, not to mention that it hurts my business with my customer. Get it together!

- MNM NNov 25, 20251.0This office's drivers are always speeding in the 25mph zone on Chairville road even when there's children present. Their office is impossible to reach and going to have to call the police if it keeps happening because there's no way to actually contact them. Also they've got the worst post office in the area and I usually have to go to UPS on Stokes just to get anything done.
- FPFox PaintballOct 31, 20195.0Looks like many reviews are a few years old. Well I just recently had a great experience with customer service from Medford PO. Had a lost package in the system originating from Chicago heading to Medford. Somehow it got lost in North Dakota. Got dropped in the wrong sorting hopper in Chicago. I filled a case and Medford PO called me right away. Very nice lady, don't recall her name. She was very concerned and looked up my case and promised to make sure the package got delivered. It was still in the system it was just floating around in another part of the country. The package did get re-routed and delivered very quickly after the PO knew there was an issue and people took over versus automation. Thanks Medford PO for caring about my $3.00 worth of postage.
