- MNM NNov 25, 20251.0This office's drivers are always speeding in the 25mph zone on Chairville road even when there's children present. Their office is impossible to reach and going to have to call the police if it keeps happening because there's no way to actually contact them. Also they've got the worst post office in the area and I usually have to go to UPS on Stokes just to get anything done.

- RBRac BaApr 10, 20245.0I had a little mishap with informed delivery (not recommended for the paranoid waiting for mail) and contacted Medford post office a bit in a state of alarm. They handled it better than I could’ve asked for and were more than helpful even taking extra steps to ensure I felt at ease with certain mailings being delivered. Just want to say thanks again for the continued follow up, and even the phone call return after operating hours, and understanding, especially from the postmaster Stephanie! Very happy with this towns postal service and their responsiveness. Not so much with the informed delivery which has nothing to do with them 🙂

Had a lost package in the system originating from Chicago heading to Medford. Somehow it got lost in North Dakota. Got dropped in the wrong sorting hopper in Chicago. I filled a case and Medford PO called me right away. Very nice lady, don't recall her name. She was very concerned and looked up my case and promised to make sure the package got delivered. It was still in the system it was just floating around in another part of the country. The package did get re-routed and delivered very quickly after the PO knew there was an issue and people took over versus automation. Thanks Medford PO for caring about my $3.00 worth of postage.
