  Convenient location but poor service. Store says open at 9 and now 9:10 and still no one here. This is not the first time this has happened. Would be great if they find someone to actually run the store on a consistent basis or change the hours to what you are willing to work.

  The man who runs this UPS store is not friendly and is all over the place or sits in his chair looking at his phone. The only time he was working was when the UPS corporate came by to see how he and the store was functioning. After that visit he went back to his ways. I wish I was able pull them aside and let them know how he really works. And he also wanders off to do rounds with the nearby stores and chats. I go in there and I feel like I am bothering him when in fact he’s supposed to be at his best with customer service. Unacceptable! I tolerate it because this is the most convenient of locations for me due to distance. But come on! This is a customer service based position. You gotta do your part! Also, I returned two things there and I was just recently charged because it showed that I never returned it! Unfortunately, I threw out the receipt. Never do that when you return items at that location. He’s not fully putting in his part in the process!

  Store hrs say open at 10AM on Saturday. It’s 10:07AM. You got 3 people waiting. This is unacceptable.

  I appreciate this UPS center because of the friendly professional service and their skillful shipping knowledge. This UPS team can answer any question and send/receive any item, in addition to copying, scanning and various office tasks. I can recommend setting up a mailbox suite address for convenience. You will definitely be satisfied with this excellent UPS service center!
