On my recent visits, I dealt with two staff members who were soft-spoken, helpful, and communicated clearly — exactly what you want when you’re trying to figure out shipping options or sort out a package issue. It made a real difference. Yes, they close for a one-hour lunch break, and yes, the resources they work with are what they are — but the attitude and quality of service from the staff has noticeably shifted for the better. If you’ve avoided this post office in the past, it might be worth giving it another shot. Progress is progress, and this team is earning it.
