  I came in to do some Amazon returns about 25 minutes before the store closed last Friday night, April 10th. I typically don't have an issue in this store, and the staff is incredibly helpful and kind. This one star review is strictly to address your staffing issue and had I been leaving a review based on the customer experience I received from Kim it would be a 5 star review. Poor Kim was giving it her all attending to the regular checkout line and Amazon returns simultaneously with 0 support and no other employee in sight. She had mentioned it was just her and one other employee on staff and had asked for my patience while she helped other customers - I imagine the other employee was handling closing procedures as I heard him talking with him/her. I truly felt sorry for Kim and even offered to step in and help her anyway I could, to which she was not able to accept my help. As someone who has worked as a GM of a successful business generating about $1 million in revenue monthly, I understand the importance of running lean to make the business as profitable as possible. This was sheer lack of concern for the well being and quality of work for your entire staff. The only reason I took the time to write this review is to commend Kim on her ability to work through the adversity and provide great customer service even while doing the work of 2-3 people. Do better for your staff and recognize the talent you have on this small team. They deserve better.
