Since moving to the Mays Landing area 4 years ago, this location has been my go-to store for all of my business needs, especially the print shop. However, over the past two months, the level of service has declined significantly. Previously, the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, recent experiences have been quite the opposite, with employees often appearing dismissive or inattentive. This change has made it difficult to rely on this store as I once did. The print center is not the same and feels unreliable when the staff are so dismissive and rude when making orders. I actually walk in now and if I see certain staff I walk out and go back later in the day or when the young gentlemen is there who is super reliable and helpful.
