- APAkim PriceFeb 13, 20261.0Terrible experience. No accountability for mistakes made with mail. One guy at the front in the morning named Joseph. He refused to ask other clerks for help when he’s flustered. I was lied to when I came to pick up a package that had failed to be delivered. He told me to my face that it would be redelivered and that he couldn’t find it. He only looked for 2 minutes before shooing me away to handle his line. My package was actually there before it was processed to be returned when I came as it later scanned as being returned later in the day. Terrible customer service and resolution abilities here. They will waste your time without any worthwhile help. Please if you have to deal with Joseph good luck.
- ADalisha davisonJan 27, 20261.0I am genuinely praying for this world and whoever the worker was who locked the door at 5:56 and waved at me after I knocked. I pray youre okay. I pray that whatever day you had that didn't allow you to show some compassion when it didn't strike 6 yet and the customer just walked out the door before I ran up those stairs never happens again. What you didn't know was that you just turned away a mom who is a building principal closing school, taking her daughter to urgent care for the flu, accidentally went to Morganville USPS, ran around after someone blocked me out from parking because they were at the mailbox. After you did that, I burst into tears at the pharmacy where they told me my prescription coverage ended for my child. I share that because we're getting a little cold and that was very unkind. Nonetheless, I pray you have a great day tomorrow.

- WSWayne ScheuermannDec 13, 20253.0One of the worst in the area, the only plus is that they're open late almost everyday except Saturdays. Downfalls are that they usually only have one teller at all times, even towards the end of the week so if you have multiple packages to be dropped off, they sometimes tell you to just leave them, and they will scan them in. The other downfall to that is you sometimes then have to wait days until you see them scanned in! One of the very most unprofessional Post Offices in the area if you ask me. Bummer.
