I went there one hour after closing to use self serve and when I went to put the package in the box it wouldn’t open. A gentleman who came in while I was trying to open it said it was full and that’s why it wouldn’t open. Apparently, that’s not the first time. I just don’t get how can self serve be full one hour after closing. Why bother having it?

Just not helpful. They need to fire everyone there and start fresh.

USPS needs to stop putting surveys on the screen during the transaction with the employee standing there. It pressures people to give fake positive feedback just to avoid awkwardness. If they want honest reviews, let people respond after they leave, not while being stared at. It’s manipulative and designed to skew results.

Went into post office at 4:53 pm then waited in line to conduct business. Serviced at approximately 5:00 pm. Forgot the street address on one of my certified letters so I had to step out of line and look it up on my phone at the wait desk. After finding the address on my phone I Went back to window approximately two minutes later to complete the transaction and had the gate closed in my face by one of the female clerks. I was then told “its after 5pm and past my work time” and that I could go to Voorhees or elsewhere to mail it. The clerk was rude, arrogant, and belligerent when I tried to explain to her that I had just completed several transactions and had to put an address on a letter. This was one of the worst experiences I ever had at this particular post office. Retraining in customer service and interpersonal relations needs to be given when appropriate.
