A gentleman who came in while I was trying to open it said it was full and that’s why it wouldn’t open. Apparently, that’s not the first time. I just don’t get how can self serve be full one hour after closing. Why bother having it?

It pressures people to give fake positive feedback just to avoid awkwardness. If they want honest reviews, let people respond after they leave, not while being stared at. It’s manipulative and designed to skew results.

I called was hung up on twice, couldn’t get questions answered because “Ma’am I have other calls to take.” I had problems with the mail being delivered when I moved here and they blamed that on Mount Laurel. I’m still having problems. I’m going to stop here I have nothing good to say.
