- JIJoanna InglessisNov 12, 20251.0I went there one hour after closing to use self serve and when I went to put the package in the box it wouldn’t open. A gentleman who came in while I was trying to open it said it was full and that’s why it wouldn’t open. Apparently, that’s not the first time. I just don’t get how can self serve be full one hour after closing. Why bother having it?

I called was hung up on twice, couldn’t get questions answered because “Ma’am I have other calls to take.” I had problems with the mail being delivered when I moved here and they blamed that on Mount Laurel. I’m still having problems. I’m going to stop here I have nothing good to say.
