Everyone was being attended to do appropriately. Once I was ready after finding appropriate shipping materials for my Christmas gift to friends, I was helped immediately. The employee was very helpful and she was very knowledgeable on the different options for shipping. She gave me options to reduce my shipping costs that also made sure that my package would make it to my friends before christmas. As an Albertan visiting New Jersey, I was very impressed with the service I received at this location. Great conversation! Great help! The employee also complimented me on the calendar that I got made for my friends. She loves the dogs. Thank you to that lady for all of her assistance!

But when we showed up to have something notarized, they told me that they don't do notary services at that location. I told them the website let me book the appointment, they said it allows you to book notary but they don't do it. I booked over a week in advance. Someone should have seen that booking, and then called me to tell me they don't offer that service. Thankfully we were able to find a nearby mail place that did do what we needed, but really bad on UPS for not letting me know about this ahead of time.
