I need my packages the day it’s supposed to be delivered. Again don’t mark stuff delivered when yall didn’t even deliver our packages.

There was a day I had to wait 30 minutes for the employee to open the door at retail access time (making me late to work) and when I tried to get her attention through the window so I could get my mail out my box and get to work, she closed the gate in my face.
