There was a day I had to wait 30 minutes for the employee to open the door at retail access time (making me late to work) and when I tried to get her attention through the window so I could get my mail out my box and get to work, she closed the gate in my face.

- JJJoyceOct 17, 20251.0This USPS is by far the worst post office I’ve ever dealt with. The employee named Celeste is consistently rude and unprofessional. She does not follow USPS policies and seems to make up her own rules. Every time I go there, I end up having to drive to another location just to get my packages accepted. She rejects shipments for no valid reason and clearly doesn’t understand or adhere to company policy. This has happened multiple times, and it’s unacceptable that customers are treated this way. USPS really needs to retrain or review the staff at this location because the customer service experience here is awful.

Her condescending and sarcastic remarks made it clear she had no interest in providing basic customer service. Instead of answering simple questions, she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by existing. It felt less like an interaction with a professional and more like being talked down to by someone who clearly despises their job. This behavior reflects terribly on this Post Office and should not be tolerated, i prefer to travel to a further post office than deal with this clerk.
