The packages were going to various customers at different locations in the United States. A few minutes later the tracking numbers show up as delivered at the same post office I dropped them off. How is that when the packages are going to Pennsylvania, Illinois, Missouri, etc? Customers are calling us frantically saying their tracking shows delivered but they did not get their order. I tried calling the post office and no one picks up the phone. When I call the general number I was told the wait time was over 18 minutes. Over 100 years in business and they still can't get it right.
