- NWNique W3 days ago5.0I came to this office today for my passport. I forgot my printed application and was given a paper application. The three beautiful queens working were so friendly, helpful, and tentative to everyone that came in. I recommend coming here for passport process!!!

I sent the money order over two weeks ago and these young ladies tell me even after paying first class that my mail is not gonna get to this destination for at least two weeks to a month. That is unacceptable and what is really disappointing is that this place has predominantly ran by Sistas in there and I’m a Sista I don’t wanna do it, but I will be calling corporate because the staffing needs to be reevaluated you guys do not care you guys don’t even know the protocol. You probably know the protocol but you don’t care.

- JIJorr IshmaFeb 17, 20261.0IF YOU HAVE A PACKAGE COMING OUT OF HERE THATS DELAYED ITS NOT COMING FOR A MONTH - This post office hires the laziest people on the planet and everyone there should honestly have their positions taken away. I placed an order on January 19th and it didn’t move at all for 2 weeks, so I called to figure out what’s wrong. The guy on the phone was rude and refused to scan my package even though he admitted it was in their store and that he knew where it was. It now is moving through shipping but it took a whole month for it to be delivered. I was actually even given a refund on the order by the guy who sold it to me because it took so long to ship that it was declared lost and EBay automatically gave me one. These people can care less about your packages and local businesses. If you live in Maple Shade or the Philadelphia area I would highly recommend not going to this post office.
