This post office definitely needs to look into re-training their employees as soon as possible and starting with management.( Never had anyone be so rude when just asking a simple question to someone) surprising me being nice and come with a soft voice because I didn’t wanna sounds rude and I just get total disrespect and rudeness back shows you, you can’t be nice to ppl guess I have to go back there with the same attitude they give, if I want any respect or work done.
- KLKeith LMay 15, 20181.0Clerk has a horrible attitude. Every time I mail stuff out for my business I notice her giving multiple customers an attitude, she acts like everyone is bothering her. The other day a lady came in with a baby that didn't speak much English the lady wanted to do an address change. Instead of helping the lady the clerk just told her to "do it online" when she could of just helped her fill out the form at the counter. She then yells at me for my phone ringing while waiting for her to assist me. One day she even even told me "you need to come earlier" to mail out one package when it was 4:50 and the post office closes at 5pm. The nerve of this women to always have something nasty to say while she's at work. I have no clue why this behavior is allowed at this post office.
