  Very efficient. Personnel was nice and professional. I like the location. The store was clean and I was waited on very quickly.

  After calling this UPS store several times over 3 days, to make sure I understood the process and prices, I drove down to have my document notarized. On the phone, I was told that the price for a notary was $12.50. I made sure to ask when 2 witnesses would be in the store as well. But this would change each time I called. The last time I checked by phone before driving to the store, Luis said that the available witnesses were leaving in one hour - at 3 PM after being told earlier that they were available till 5 pm. In addition, I was not told that I must pay $10 for each witness' signature. Final cost to notarize with two witnesses was $35, which was a leap from the $12.50 I had been quoted by phone. Luis was not friendly or concerned for the discrepancies. I hope never to cross their doorway again.

  I live near the office; it's very convenient especially when returning business equipment. They are very efficient
