- TSThomas SpitzfadenApr 9, 20265.0My go to store for shipping for years. All the employees are super friendly, so friendly I’ve gotten to know many of them and now call them friends. Rosanna really tries her best to help all her customers with their needs. They also spend serious time with each costumer out of caring that they get the lowest rates, insurance, proper packaging and that the item is being delivered to the correct address. Sometimes this leads to a longer line but it’s worth it. They also have a self shipping kiosk if you have labels already on your packages which is a plus for a quick run in and out if you have some returns.

I went in to drop off a small package and grabbed a box - fair enough, I expected to pay for it. What I didn’t expect was the $4.50 charge for “basic packaging materials.” Unless my box came wrapped in gold foil, sprinkled with fairy dust, and sealed with unicorn-colored tape, I’m not sure what justifies that fee. Ethics called - they want their business back.

I dropped off a return today and was told it had to be packed up already which is incorrect per my email from the merchant packaging is optional I have returned many packages via QR code and this was the first time I was told I had to make a donation in order for them the take the package I find that extremely odd
