- HBHarry BoschOct 31, 20251.0Using this post office to pay bills and send out. Have lost 5 out 6 pieces of mail. Cost me $150 in stop payments on those checks. Gov/State employees have ZERO accountability. Imagine these people totally taking over your healthcare.

I went to the Manalapan post office to find out why my family is not receiving our forwarded mail and to complain about receiving the incorrect mail. I was spoken to rudely by the front desk staff, spoken over and given a major attitude. While I waited to speak with the supervisor, two more residents came in with the exact same problem. The supervisor had no answer or solution to my problem. She pretty much told me the forwarding process was slow and there was nothing she could do. I started the process in August. Repeated the process in September. It’s October and I don’t receive the forwarded mail or the mail with the correct address.Per the post office staff I’m just suppose to accept this. Unbelievable.

- MGMichele GelusoJul 23, 20251.0Horrible. To start: I visited the post office and saw an employee who was denied use of a bathroom because the post office was understaffed and busy. She was begging to go. She said she was going to wet her pants, and the manager said she couldn't go anywhere. Carriers don't drliver on "light days" even if time-sensitive mail/priprity shipping is involved. So you can pay for express delivery and your package arrives days later than anticipated because it's sotting at the post office. (I was also told by a manager that there was a carrier who just refused to deliver the mail when I received a huge bin; It accumulated for months. It was for my housemate, but my first class mail was in this bin as well. There were papers from the federal government that were sitting there for months.) Also: They lose packages frequently, they accidentally put a hold on my mailand didn't correct the problem after I came in with my ID to lift the hold and get important mail (i had to pay for a Lyft.) A carrier left a letter meant to go to the post office and beailed to NY in my letter boc. Basically they're a bunch of Newmans from Seinfeld.
