- ARAlex Rosen5 days ago1.0This place hasn’t had a working phone line in over a year. If you call their phone number, it just rings forever with no answer. There are other reviews on Google from over a year ago saying the same thing, plus other complaints, and the rating is almost 1 star. I don’t get how a post office can run this poorly for so long without fixing something.

I came here on a Friday at 1:30 PM and the lobby window was shut. I could hear employees in the back, knocked on the door, and was completely ignored. It’s honestly a joke — save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

I went to the Manalapan post office to find out why my family is not receiving our forwarded mail and to complain about receiving the incorrect mail. I was spoken to rudely by the front desk staff, spoken over and given a major attitude. While I waited to speak with the supervisor, two more residents came in with the exact same problem. The supervisor had no answer or solution to my problem. She pretty much told me the forwarding process was slow and there was nothing she could do. I started the process in August. Repeated the process in September. It’s October and I don’t receive the forwarded mail or the mail with the correct address.Per the post office staff I’m just suppose to accept this. Unbelievable.
