He said that there is no extra charge when, in fact, there is a surcharge. It states, right on the receipt, that “US Postal Rates Are Subject to Surcharge.” In addition to his lie, he made NUMEROUS errors when he was preparing my USPS label. I had to have him re-type my label six times! In addition, it was very hard for me to understand him because he has a heavy accent. I am extremely dissatisfied with this, my first, only and last time using this or ANY UPS Store!
