At no point was I made to feel stupid, and I greatly appreciated that. The technician fixed the problem and checked out my computer to see what else he could find and in a timely manner I received my computer back. It was like a brand new computer.

(That have been there forever) we asked if the floor model would be any cheaper (since thousands of have people sat in it) He said nah. Only a matter of time until a business model like that fails them. The Good news is the same chair is on Amazon. Used to buy all of our ink and supplies at staples. As of now we will just buy our supplies off Amazon since that's how you take care of your customers. Great move on 1 of 2 of your used floor models, makes perfect sense. I bet the owner would be disappointed with how that was handled. Goodbye.
