  Okay where do I start? I am sure the excellent reviews on this location are from people who are retired and has more time to wait here. Took the morning off from work to come and pick up a register mail that requiring my signature, otherwise I would never come here to this location. Why I need to do this? Because they're hours here are from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. WTH? So Monday through Fridays they open when everyone else is at work and they close when everyone gets off work which leaves you only Saturday if you need to get anything done. Anywhere else in the United States Post office open by 8:30 but not here. I never have a problem if I'm mailing something out from Ramsey post office because they open by 8:30, people are pleasant and efficient. Definitely not here, not only do they show up at 10:15 am, when the line is out the door, you get a full dose of attitude! So why am I writing this review? I took the morning off thinking it should be a simple process to pick up my mail sign for it and I'm good but but no, she told me she did not go through the mail as of yet and I need to come back after 1:00!! OMG I just called out at work now. Furious!! No regards for anyone else's time at all. Never ever come to this location unless you have all day of doing nothing and you can afford to sit outside and wait. What's disgusting? Is that the manager was there as the postal worker came in at 10:15 and so how long the line is... It's been more than 5 years since they're at this location and nothing will ever change... The worst post office in America. Hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Fridays. SMH

  I’ve been to this post office many times, and Pablo is always so kind, genuine, and truly caring. Yesterday I went in to weigh my daughter’s wedding invitations because I wasn’t sure how much postage they would need. Pablo patiently helped me with every single invitation, making sure the postage was exactly right, and even double-checked everything with his supervisor so I would have complete peace of mind. Today, when I came back to send the invitations out, Pablo immediately recognized me, took the box, and told me he would personally take care of everything. He understood how important my daughter’s wedding is to our family and wanted to make sure the invitations arrived safely. He was so warm, sincere, and happy to help that I felt completely reassured. I left feeling so grateful and relieved knowing that the invitations were in good hands and that it was one less thing for me to worry about. His kindness, patience, and big heart truly went above and beyond. Thanks again, Pablo!

  Mahwah’s post office loves telling you that you’ve packed an item in the wrong box as much as an airline loves telling you that your suitcase is 1 pound over the weight limit. Save yourself the hassle and go to any other post office.
