The girl working at the counter was very rude and unprofessional. She spoke in a dismissive tone, acted annoyed when I asked a simple question, and made the entire interaction uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and respect, and unfortunately that was completely lacking. It felt like I was inconveniencing her just by being there. Customer service makes a big difference, and this experience fell far below expectations.
